What did you Keto today?

(Ernest) #9828

Somewhere in a hotel room.

(Lonnie Hedley) #9829

Kroger has my favorite chub.

Split into 1/2 lb packages.

Now let me take you on my dinner adventure.
2 slices bacon.

Add ground beef.
Pour out beef and bacon. Add 2 servings ketchup.

Add butter to pan for eggs.

Float eggs in their butter bath.

Final product.

Can’t get enough.

I loved this!

Tonight had a piece of a London Broil Steak, 1/2 a Dungeness Deviled Crab patty, Broccoli & Cauliflower, Deviled Eggs, Cheese, Pickles & Olives. With a bowl of Greek Yogurt w/ Strawberries. … But I only ate about 1/3 of the steak, after eating the rest first. :yum:

Wonderful tutorial, Lonnie!

Thank you. :+1:

I’m out of “likes” right now, so…

I took my lazy keto philosophy up a notch, tonight. Didn’t even bother with a plate!

@Ernest, please don’t judge. :grin:
I’m posting for the lazy ketoers of the forum. So they know they’re not alone.

Am I lazy or not? I track, but only care about carbs.

#9836

Lazy people don’t get their photos used as wallpaper!

You think someone’s gonna put my sardines on their phone? Don’t think so.

What the fake Aussie said.

#9841

Steak, scallops and green beans fried in bacon. I feel so deprived tonight

(Cheyene Burnette) #9842

This was our #keto dessert from tonight. A chocolate coconut mug cake.

(Empress of the Unexpected) #9843

Pretty simple, but it works for me. Fatty pork chop, broccoli and butter. Oh, and that is my grandmother’s plate from England, 80 years old and still going strong.

#9844

That looks wonderful!

(Cheyene Burnette) #9845

Thanks!

#9846

Hey! I can dream, can’t I?
