OMG I cooked something

I eat keto as simply as possible, grab it, eat it. But today I made an actual thing… Loaded Mashed Cauliflower. Steamed it, added sour cream, chopped chives, bacon (duh) and butter, garlic, S/P. Throw in blender. That’s my happy carbs for the day (probably about a 1/2 cup serving.) TOOT TOOT! (That’s my own horn.)

I know the feeling. I can make some awesome, almost zero carb, pizza. AND ITS DELICIOUS!

And no, its not radio active, I’m not sure why it was glowing. But it tasted very good.

and my second attempt, as good as the first. Deepdish style. MM…MMMM!

And this also shows what my maximum daily about of fruit and veggies are. :wink:

Uh-oh, it’s a slippery slope. I used to consider myself the King of Lazy Keto around here, but now I’m a Sous Chef. :slight_smile:
