My two year ketoversary is coming up after Thanksgiving but won’t be noted on this board since I didn’t join until a few months later.
But I count the day after Thanksgiving 2017 as the day I started < 20 carbs then eventually keto.
No pic, but I went to an amazing steak house last night and had pork crackling to start followed by a 14oz butler steak with peppercorn sauce and extra butter. The server was confused that I declined their chips/mash/side salad offer of choices, and needed a little convincing that I really didn’t want them! It was absolutely delicious. Two glasses of Merlot were the only side dish I needed…

But the Gordon Ramnsey in me must ask, “are those 3 minute scallops?”

And @Ernest, the ‘corals’ are missing - what happened to those? I’m always disappointed when they’re not served alongside when I’m ordering scallops in a restaurant!

I had cooked the neck, backbone, tail and wing tips in my Instant Pot last night. Picked all the meat out and cooked the gizzard and heart separately in the broth after straining it. Made the gravy before breakfast this morning and it’s so damn good I had to have some NOW! Turkey Liver is mild and awesome. Eat it!
