What Did You Keto Today? The Trilogy!
ahh okay… here in BC Canada… people sell in the stores a jar of “antipasto”. Its like some kind of tomato based product with chopped up artichokes and tomatoes and olives. People spread it on crackers or eat with cheese or tortilla chips at Christmas…
Dinner…
Spinach Salad with Goat Cheese, Bacon Bits,
Diced Tomato, Sauteed Mushrooms and topped with a house made vinegrette and a liberal sprinkle of nutritional yeast for extra B-cheesy vitamins!Starting my dairy free week - I had success with it last time, so I’m giving it another go…Much to my sadness! I’m wearing a pair of work trousers that are a little too snug for my liking!
At Tacos 4 Life and ordered two tacos in lettuce wraps… but they had a Romaine lettuce recall so they put in a bowl on shredded iceberg
Chicken Bacon Ranch on the left and Carnitas on the right. Were yummy.
Lunch today… Cauliflower/Broccoli Soup from last night, Pickled Sausages, Pepperoni, Ham, and a slice of Hard Salami. Also ate 3 Pickles and 10-12 Olives. And an Iced Tea. … Off to Fast now…
It must be my keto anniversary. I appear to have a chunk of steak with a candle in it next to my name. Who knew I has been so long. This would be my second anniversary and after my original weight loss I just haven’t lost anymore… But wait for it… I haven’t really gained either
@Keto6468 Happy Ketoversary Karen. I’m glad you’re sticking with it despite not losing weight. I hope in the next year you see some loss results.
Now I have a new direction for a dip when my Godchildren have a “dip day!” Could you post a picture of the label so I’ll have an idea of where to start?
I dont actually have any antipasto in my house right now BUT if you put into google search bar:
"antipasto dip allrecipes"
It will pull up several links to recipes for antipasto. Also you can try googling:

Well if you can, so can I!
Basically I crammed 4 eggs into a 3 egg omlette pan and tried to add far too much cheese!
To add insult to injury I forgot to shake the ketchup bottle

I am so ashamed!
