Last night. Broiled rare ribeye with browned butter, kosher flaked salt and fresh flat leaf parsley. Also fresh tomatoes. I had cravings.

Tonight.
Grilled ribeye, Ken Davis BBQ sauce(original Minnesotan). It was super yum, 5 grams carbohydrate per 2 tablespoons. Most are 15-20!

Turkey pot pie from a few nights ago made with farm turkey pressure cookered into broth which turned into cream sauce… and so on.

add cream to broth, add xantham gum, add butter too if you want (I did).

OMG DUDE.

DUDETTE. Git yer self some sodium citrate. It makes the best creamiest (easiest) cheese sauce that won’t break AND adds no carbohydrate!!

Perkins “Southwest Salad”.
Have them leave off the fried tortilla strips and black bean salsa and you have a perfect ketogenic meal.


Avocado, Tex- Mex spiced chicken, assorted greens, cheddar cheese, and Chipotle ranch dressing. It was a good amount of food. Full.
