Lost 1 pound with 0.6lb fat and 0.4lb lean. I also went to the gym, sauna and UV yesterday then followed by a cold shower so it may have been a little too much. I didn’t do an ice bath though.
I am wondering what that 0.4lb lean is. I’m hoping it’s skin and connective tissue but that seems excessive. Probably water from less blood.
Ketones and glucose broke new levels this morning with the first day over 3 and in the mid 50s. So that feels quite good. GKI just at 0.99 … was hoping to see it stay at 0.5 but it’s morning and another day of progress is ahead of us.
I’ll work on the updated GKI chart today and post it.
Wife is unhappy with my fasting already. My longest historical fast windows are 12, 7, 5, 3, 2 and 1. So this is inching into the number 2 slot at 6 days once this day is complete. Weekends are tougher because it’s family time and cooking / eating is part of that.
