Sounds like it will be an easy conversion! Just MHO here, but I prefer blends of Erythritol and stevia powder (the 90% steviacides kind instead of leaf extract). It somehow lessens the cooling effect of the E. Sukrin:1 and Sukrin+ are my favorites. I can’t wait for the pictures! :wink:

Christmas leftovers (smoked Prime Rib! :heart_eyes:) with some fresh steamed cauliflower with sour cream. Oh, and a few “flackers” with Neiman Markups Dip just because it’s good. I don’t think I’ll be tempted by the popcorn at the Star Wars movie this afternoon!

You can also do them in the microwave on a paper plate (the dixie kind that have a kind of slippery surface). Keep a close eye on them. If you cook them too long though, they just get extra crispy and taste like a Cheese It!

If you leave them a little soft and lay them over a paper towel wrapped aluminum foil box or something like that and let them cool you can use them for taco shells…Love them that way!

You can do parmesan crisps too (Only done these in the oven…haven’t tried the microwave) and they are great too!

Sorry, but I got hungry while making these…

1 lb 75% lean hamburger, 2 avocados, half sweet onion, various spices (think Cajun Type) and a few pulverized garlic cloves, 4 whole eggs, and about a cup of pulverized pork rinds. Molded into flattened balls, or patties :wink:. Fried in a skillet of half inch deep bacon fat. :woman_cook: :drooling_face:
