Soooo I took the pork loin that I rolled with hot sausage and cheddar and I covered it in cracklins and deep fried it in lard. Quadruple pork. Damn.

Ran out of fuel oil yesterday and it’s been bitterly cold here in the northeast USA. I broke fast with this burger deluxe and hot cocoa. Just what I needed… and the oil companyjust delivered too. I’m a very happy keto camper y’all !

Maria Emmerich’ recipe via diet dr.com
1+1/4 c almond flour
5 tbls psyllium husk powder
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cider vinegar
1+1/4 c boiling water
3 egg whites
Mix the dry ingredients
Add boiling water to which vinegar has been added
Add the beaten egg whites
Mix well
Form into 5 or 6 rolls
Bake for an hour on parchment at 350
