Nom nom nom. This is the happiest forum thread in the world.

Coming off a 108 hour fast, heated up some bacon at work, ate a few macadamia nuts, ate some pork cracklins (delicious!) and now having a large Blonde Roast with heavy cream from Starbucks. Not sure if I’ll eat lunch yet (was planning on feasting today) but looking forward to Brazilian BBQ for dinner!

There is local semi-hard cheese, smoked cheese with spices, basil cheese, sun dryed tomatoes cheese, cheese with jalapenos, pecan nuts, blanched almonds and a little bit of dryed cranberries :slight_smile:

Another day, another 1/2 lb 73/27 gound beef, 2 strips bacon,3 eggs cooked in 3.4 tbls butter. Nutritional yeast and ketchup.

TBF, I slightly overcooked the eggs :slight_smile: Trying them in the silicon rings, so wasn’t exactly sure when to get them out of the pan.

Also, I don’t usually cook the breakfast, my wife does, but she’s away, so I could experiment with no consequences.

Cravin a Curry Today… So tonight was (chicken thighs) Tikka Masala over faux-rice with a side of BYA (Burn Yer Ass) Curry Cabbage sauteed in Buffalo Ghee seasoned with turmeric/spices from TJ’s. Totally sated here! :smile:

Hahaha, so that’s why they have a perfectly round form! I don’t really like runny yolks :see_no_evil: so they look great to me, I can even see the salt cristals on the yolk.

Keep the experiments coming, the pics are great! I hope they tasted as good as they look.
