Came home to piri piri chicken wings!

Gonna do it all again tomorrow!
Last minute Dinner decision… Picked up a small Rotisserie Chicken, and ate a breast and Leg Quarter while making the rest… Took a couple NY Strips, 5 Italian Sausages, 2 containers of Mushrooms and cooked them all up with some Scallions and 1/4 cup Ragu (Butter Parmesan Cheese Sauce) … Ate half & figured to take the rest for lunch tomorrow, but my Son decided to eat, so gave it to him for his meal.
Tuesday OMAD:
1 lb (70/30) w/ rendered fat, chicken liver. Not pictured … Hog head cheese and cottage cheese
We’ve got this local burger joint around here that’ll build me my perfect keto burger- double meat, bacon, cheddar, mushrooms, tomato, pickles, mayo, lettuce wrapped.
I thought I’d get a head start on the potato people today and get my lunch in early…I do love a steak!!
! are you cooking that steak and eggs at work? or maybe you are just heating them up? How do you keep them from getting rubbery and inedible I wonder?

No I cook it the evening before and then heat it up, we’re lucky enough to have a little stove so I cook my eggs on that at lunch time. For some reason my steak is fine when I heat it up…it’s never rubbery
Probable the BEST flavor! And it’s impressive that they managed that great flavor in a clear soda (no artificial colors!!)
I think there is a piri piri chilli, but I buy a spice blend, or take a tour round my spice cupboard! Hot chilli is key😋

Yeah, they’re not bad. Just picked some up since I’ve been dealing with some congestion issues, and it’s nice to have something with flavor around. … I’ve only tried the Root Beer, Cream Soda and Black Cherry. The Wife got some GingerAle, (under the weather) which wasn’t bad either.
