Thanks, me too on the runny whites. … We find the best way is to use the grease they cook in, tilting the pan and scoop & pour it slowly over the tops continuously to cook around the yolks after the bottom has cooked up some. V also likes flipping them over sometimes, which also works, but I actually prefer the first method. - Another way is using a lid. But you still need to watch them close, because it will cook the yokes hard if left on too long. (But shoot, any of these methods can/will as well.) But when she does use the flip option & breaks a yolk, she just uses it for the pups since we always make them some too. 
Cool! And it looks like it came out quite nicely too… But you didn’t have to show me that delicious butter sitting on top, during my month of giving up Dairy! 
Damn butter just goes so well on a nicely seared Steak!

Mine worked pretty good, but I was hoping it would on the glass top stove. (The package did state it would, but I honestly had my doubts TBH)
