A few months prior to starting keto I developed an annoying skin tag under my eye which actually was in my line of vision when I would look down. Seven weeks into keto, woke up this morning and it’s gone. I find the link between skin tags and IR fascinating.

I used to be riddled with the darn things, particularly my neck and upper chest. I’d use nail clippers to cut them off, since they’d get stuck in my shirt. Yes, I hated to do it, but it was better than not addressing them.
In my year of LCHF, I’ve had to remove… one.

I’ve never had a lot of them. But I did have 2 or 3 of them that have gone away. The last one took quite a long time but it did finally leave. None left that I know of.
