Skin tag went missing!

(Empress of the Unexpected) #1

A few months prior to starting keto I developed an annoying skin tag under my eye which actually was in my line of vision when I would look down. Seven weeks into keto, woke up this morning and it’s gone. I find the link between skin tags and IR fascinating.

Are your skin tags getting smaller and no new ones?
Is Keto a gateway drug to health or disordered eating?

Don’t worry, try adding sugar to your diet and you’ll find it again.

I’ve actually just rubbed a few off lately. I thought that was so weird…

I had those too. Had them taken off by a dermatologist. No more

I used to be riddled with the darn things, particularly my neck and upper chest. I’d use nail clippers to cut them off, since they’d get stuck in my shirt. Yes, I hated to do it, but it was better than not addressing them.

In my year of LCHF, I’ve had to remove… one.

I’ve never had a lot of them. But I did have 2 or 3 of them that have gone away. The last one took quite a long time but it did finally leave. None left that I know of.

Ever wonder what is happening on the inside where you can’t see it?
