So we broke our fast yesterday a little bit earlier since my better half was not feeling the best when waking up. Other than trouble shooting salt, water intake, etc we thought it was better to end the fast at lunch rather than dinner time. Total fasting time 74 hours.
Broke the fast with a bowl cauliflower soup with coconut milk and a bit of minced beef. Had roasted whole chicken and quacemole in the evening..
No digestive issues, actually no action at all . This morning woke up super (Water) bloated (rings are super tight) and with pain full wrist joint… feel worse after this fast than before? The foods we ate are foods we eat all the time… Well, guess it will get better after a few days?
