OMG, dinner was So off the chain !
Brisket Sous Vide’d at 133 for 20 hours… oh, and some beef sirloin tips at 133 for 4 hrs (SV’d at same time) … different bag. In fact, the brisket was marinaded in Low Sodium Soy Sauce, and seasoned with granulated garlic and black pepper, while the beef tips were marinated in Worcestershire sauce.
And the Zucchini Auto Gratin was freaking amazing ! Recipe ? Um… cheese… butter, more cheese. … salt pepper… more cheese
Seriously, at this point, I don’t even think my GF uses a recipe. She just starts mixing cheeses… cream cheese, parmesan, pepper jack, butter, etc.
