:wave: Hey Iā€™m back! Iā€™ve been off the wagon and looking to get back into the low carb thang full time again. Iā€™m currently 225 pounds and all my skinny guy clothes are starting to get tight. So I need to get back in line starting today! :grinning:

Welcome back and hopefully you stay on track and donā€™t go off it again =). Keto is not meant to be a fast fad diet, it is designed as a lifestyle. Donā€™t make the same mistakes I did, and be a yo-yo dieter for years and destroy your metabolism.

Good luck getting back into focus and following the Keto Way=), and getting healthy and staying that way for life!

I see you lost 130 pounds before, so you know what to do, just this time in Maintenanceā€¦ stay Keto =-). I have lost 43 and have 130 more to go, so I will be around here a long time and watching and following your thread!

Iā€™m 217 already, the first 10 pounds or so are always easy to get rid of because itā€™s water weight and bloat.

I run for 5 minutes and walk for 5 minutes the whole time, just doing intervals of that.
