My wife is hankering for some ice cream. Its one of those things I have over indulged on in the past… and would rather not have in the house. Has any ever got along OK with a low carb ice cream? My wife is not in Ketos mode…

The Breyer’s low carb chocolate is good, if you eat frankenfoods. There are lots of recipes online!

I really enjoy pouring HWC over frozen blueberries and adding some nuts. The HWC freezes and makes a great treat!
