Forgive me if I’m trying to reinvent the wheel here, but as someone new to Keto, I have to admit I’ve been confounded at times with all the jargon you more seasoned Ketoans (if that’s not a word, it is now) throw around.
I thought it would be helpful to dedicate a thread to just spelling out Keto related terms and Keto internet abbreviations for all us who aren’t so in the know…
So I’ll start with a few of the more common ones (that I admit I had to google to know what anyone was talking about), and maybe people can play along and add more.
MOE= mode of eating
KCKO= keep calm, Keto on
N=1 = each person is their own experiment
