I finished a 20 hour fast, but then had some symptoms that my electrolytes are low… muscle cramps in my legs, fatigue, and nausea. I think these are connected to either potassium or magnesium? How do you get enough in? I’d like to head into a 24 hour fast but want to be prepared.

Both are needed by your muscles to perform correctly. Ketoaide should help, Brenda’s or Dr. Ken Berry’s (a how to video on Youtube.com) should do the trick for you.
