@Ilana_Rose hi! I went very high fat, moderate protein a couple months ago at what ended up being the end of my cut, and I put on a lot of bodyfat without much improvement in performance. So right now I’m doing varying days of psmf and more moderate fat. Psmf days look like about 250g p and 60g f max, and higher fat days will be about 100g to 120g fat. Fridays I’ll add in sweet potato or white rice post workout, sometimes Saturday too. Things are coming along. Muscles growing and fat slowly melting. I’ve had more higher fat days so I’ll be doing some more psmf days during the week and see where we end up. Tracking it all with cronometer, too so I can go back and see what was going on day to day.
