Son was sick yesterday so was unable to get online

Yesterday’s food - No carb burger from Grill’d, fucking love that place, I should buy shares.

Today’s food - a salad with a few boiled eggs, haven’t sorted dinner yet, upping my food to twice a day on the days that I work out which will be Wed/Thur/Fri this week.

Shall update after my fasted work out.

Katie,

We all go through phases where the amplitude of what we are doing is not always aligned with that which we believe - all for unknown reasons.

You have choosen a path and you have dedication to that path, for it is a parh that you beleive in and fortunately you have experienced the benefits. You even go out of your way to offer that which you have learned and experienced to others to help them make their decisions.

As we have all learned, weighing ourselves each ten minutes adds no value as we all learn that the body fluctuates on it’s schedule - not our desires.

In the same light that you have belief, have patience with self that the amplitude of results will return when the time is right.

I beleive that things will balance out for you and your body when the time is right, and i believe in you.

I kid around about being here for the scenery because it is my way of reaching out through failed attemped humor, my words and my actions are who i am. All respectful and good intent.

You’ll be happy to know I barely weigh myself these days lol. It’s too disheartening. I prefer to go by how my body is feeling and responding, but each time I fail I seem to be more resilient in getting back on the horse.

I’ve dropped 3kg of the water weight I put on during last weekends splurge so that’s a good sign.
Had lettuce salmon boats for dinner last night, so good.
Today I’ve got another big ass salad with boiled eggs, a whole avacado and a big tin of tuna, macros on point :+1:
Probably gonna do a similiar work out to yesterday but increase my squat weight by 2.5kg

I’ll update later.

Back on the horse
Am fasting with OMAD this week, trying to budge the few kgs I added by being naughty lately.
Already lost 1.2kg so pretty happy with that
Looking forward to a Birthday steak tonight :smiley:
Leaving work early today too so I’m excited to eat, haha.
