From December 21st to December 27th, I put on 8kg of water weight
And from the 27th to the 1st, I lost it all except 1kg.
I’ll throw in my progress shots and measurements in the next few days.
This year I am going back into the gym and focusing on strength.

I figured this thread hasn’t really been keeping me as accountable as I thought so we may as well start again, new years resolutions and all.
Kicked off a 4 day fast today
Starting weight 65.4 (carb blowout on the weekend)
Heading back into the gym tomorrow, but changing up my training schedule
50 squats per day for the whole of January outside of my gym sessions
^ I gotta keep to that cos apparently I’ll have a very nice bum after the fact. we will see.
