Sounds like you need a keto friendly trainer who can assist. All I recommend to people now is bacon and eggs but I don’t think that’ll help.
Thanks for the suggestion but I am adamant that I never pay a dollar for anything Keto. There’s nothing I can’t learn for myself.

My quads are growing too much and I am getting confused with trying to build muscle and still lose weight. Tho I think I got the gainz part sorted, I’m sucking at the cutting. Maybe less weights, I am not sure.
I seem to have stalled with weight loss and I am not happy with it so back to basics for awhile!

I stopped training because I lost motivation
Currently searching for it, not having much luck
Just focusing on trying to break through my set weight point right now, I’ve been plateau’d for a few weeks now.
Ahhh I have been so relaxed this last month
Making some bone broth tonight for a 3 day fast
Followed by a bacon and egg fast to break through my plateau
I should really stop sabotaging myself on the weekend, the more I talk about the more I do it so from now on I am just going to shut up…
