I’m noticing that when I re-feed with more than one meal, I pile on a few lbs. This is hugely disappointing because it makes me concerned about maintenance (when I get there). The good news is that I’m still trending down, but it’s a little obnoxious that I gain 3-4 lbs back every time I end a fast. I’m going to try to do a single meal re-feed when I end this fast and jump back in for another 48-72 hour fast and see if that steadies the loss. Wish me luck!
