I couldn’t find the recipe on the Keto Family pilot podcast, so I jotted it down. I was quite happy with it and one bagel is quite filling!
5 Ingredient Bagels
• 2.5 cups Mozzarela Cheese
• 1 tbs Cream Cheese
• 1.5 cups Almond Flour
• 1 tsp Baking Powder
• 2 Eggs
Using mixer, mix all ingredients very well and long until it is dough-ish. Cookie sheet covered with parchment paper. Make dough into roll. Cut in half, then in thirds. 6 balls, roll and roll. Poke middle with finger. Put on parchment paper. Bake 375F 15-20 minutes.
