We try to focus on personal help and an open-minded, non-dogmatic approach. There is also a slight focus on the Southwest area of the country.

Oshkosh Keto Support Group (https://www.facebook.com/groups/1880726025496794/) Open to all, but vast majority of group is Wisconsin (not just Oshkosh). This was started in response to people in my area wanting to find out more about Keto. I’ve held informational meetings, and now most are doing this WOE.

What do you guys think about making this page easier to read by using some of the formatting features inherent in language (markdown) that this forum supports. Here is an example that I think look better. (I didn’t want to just make this change in the above until I got some confirmations from those that have been maintaining this page. If I see a bunch of likes to this, I’ll go ahead and tweak the top post like below.)
