Almost 24 hours in, going for a week for the first time. Last time I did 3 days.

I’m doing a shorter fast right now, planning on 36 hours. Unless I’m not hungry by tomorrow morning. Then I might go another day.

I’m 48 hours in, planning on 72 hours but might try to go longer, will see how I feel tomorrow.

Around 65 hours in, feeling well, probably better than yesterday.

One of the reasons i am doing this is to get back into deeper ketosis, I was in ketosis for about 2 months and switched my diet to a more Mediterranean diet, for the last two weeks I’ve been trying to get back into ketosis without much luck, averaging 0.5-0.8 blood ketones while previously I used to get 2.0-4.0.

Today morning i got 0.8, i’ll check the values again after 72 hours and might go for another day if feeling well.

40 hours in, basically haven’t noticed I’m fasting yet, except I seem to be retaining a little water - either that or re-positioning my fat stores, I’ve got “belly pudge” that wasn’t there two days ago. :angry:

I’m about 67 hours in. I’ll check my ketones when I get home in a few hours. Feeling surprisingly good.

My ketones are 4.2. Food is all I can think about tho😐

72 here, going for at least 168 (week) might even go two yet. Been living on bone broth, coffee, green tea, water and ACV.
