A person after my own heart. Why waste it on crackers and grains…unless they are fermented grains!

Here’s what you should do: Make pepperoni crackers! Use sandwich pepperoni, bake on parchment or microwave on paper towel. It gets crispy and crunchy and makes superb crackers/chips. Haha I SWEAR by them. Otherwise, try using celery instead. It’s about one carb per stalk - you can get a lot of crunch from one stalk.

hmmm sounds really good. I do already do cucumber and celery, and even broccoli. Not able to do the pepperoni although I’d love to. I threw the microwave out for health reasons and I find it so hard to find healthy pepperoni that is suitable (blessed). Im thinking about risking botulism and making my own somehow.
