Thanks for your feedback Hun! I just really struggle with snack ideas. Ones that will satisfy me but not tempt me to over indulge. Any snacks ideas you could recommend would be appreciated?

I don’t really eat a lot of snacks these days, unless I’m eating them instead of or with a meal. You really want to eat 1 or 2 good sized meals a day (allow your body to rest between meals). I eat pecans (2 ounces usually). In fact that was my “brunch” today. Grab and go items could be cheese, pepperonis, pork skins, olives, boiled eggs, fat bombs…

And now that I’m thinking about it, a lunch I used to eat in the past was perfect keto! 2 slices of cucumber with a square of cheese and folded up piece of lunch meat (I would eat ~4 of them).

I love this dish and have made it often. :heart_eyes:There are lots of different recipes out there. My fav is with feta but I’m dairy free and make it feta free. Still delicious!

Meatyballs!!

I love everything about keto!

Recipe sorry I don’t measure ingredients

1 pound 80/20 ground beef
0.5 pounds bulk sausage
About half a cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
About half a cup ricotta cheese
2 egg yolks
Sliced mushrooms
Diced onion
A touch of red boat fish sauce
A touch of chipotle powder

Sautee mushrooms and onions, season with salt and pepper, add a dash of Vietnamese fish sauce and set aside to cool.

Mix cheese, egg yolks, and mushrooms mixture, add meat, season with salt and pepper. Mix that mess up.

Heat oven to 425 degrees, brown the balls in a pan and finish in the oven.

You’ll have plenty of fat in the pan and this is where the cabbage comes in.

I’ve not tried carlshead pizza yet, is that the fathead recipe without the egg? A nice little trick I do to get them round is put the dough between 2 sheets of parchment paper, put it on a pizza tray and then squash it with another pizza tray :slight_smile:

Yeah, Carlhead is minus the egg. It makes it crispier. Thanks for the tip! I was actually debating using my tortilla press for individual pizzas. :smile:
