Country style spare ribs, sous vide 140/16, then smoked for 3 hours at 225 slathered in a spicy homemade sugar-free bbq sauce (sorry, there is no recipe). Brussels were sautéed then tossed with an orange muscat champagne vinegar and Dijon vinaigrette.

Itâs super lean. Whatcha isnât keto but it is whole food. Itâs just like beef. I fried it in pork belly drippings. First time for coliflower salad, I could eat that all day long.
