Pretty simple, but it works for me. Fatty pork chop, broccoli and butter. Oh, and that is my grandmotherā€™s plate from England, 80 years old and still going strong.

That was actually in Brady, TX. I canā€™t remember the name, but they had the smokers right outside the front door, and you just picked your meat before you went in and paid.
