I had made a loaf of bread the day before, using the bread recipe from Keto Connect below, then just made the french toast the usual way. (One egg, combined with a little heavy whipping cream - instead of milk, a pinch of salt, dash of vanilla extract, and some cinnamon).
Dipped the bread slices in the egg mixture and cooked in ghee in a skillet. Topped with butter and syrup.
It was delish!!
Sous vide 129/2 then seared in thick bottomed steel pan. Perfect medium rare… Every. Time.

Okay this tops anything I’m going to post in a few mins.
Italian seasoned meatballs from fresh ground chuck roast. Keto bacon alfredo sauce (my first time making alfredo), shirataki noodles (low carb). Cauliflower steaks with parmesan cheese and garlic.
Rebel Creamery vanilla ice cream topped with Keto granola and whipped cream.
I’ve worked at a power plant that had those for traversing floor levels… They scare the beegeebus out of me!
Nowt wrong with scrambled eggs. You get breakfast/dinner/lunch and the opportunity to try again. x
I made the sauce, wife made the meatballs.
From memory: twice ground chuck roast.
Mix in
- salt
- black pepper
- italian seasoning mix
We don’t measure the above. Just add the amount we think is right.
Bake at 350F for probably 45 minutes.
