Okay @juice … just saw what I typed. Damn autocorrect… new phone. My old one would defaulted to steak for anything starting with “s”
Okay, the picture is bad enough, but describing it is just mean when we can’t have it too.
I’ll break up the steak party with some delicious medium rare pork tenerdloin (sous vide 140/1, then seared) and a creamy scallion mustard sauce. There were also some Brussels fried in bacon fat but those didn’t last til the picture
Amazon needs to have a deal on a sous vide already!!! Every meat post cooked with it is mouth watering
We cook chicken, pork butts, pork tenderloin, burgers, steak. I’ve even done full packer briskets. It’s just so easy and you can’t beat the results. Especially with steak. Oh! I forgot about pot de creme!
So… you gonna leave us hanging, or are you to tell us how you made that little pot of deliciousness?
Actually they did just 4 or 5 weeks back and a couple folks here posted about it here. It’s when I picked up one. … Haven’t used it just yet, but will.
I keep watching for a warehouse deal or a sale. When I see a good deal I’m gonna snag one for sure!
