I’m sure it has a name. I just started making it this way when my omelettes got too big😁
I ate half of it with 2/3 of a brick of cream cheese. I feel very full.

Took my team out for lunch today and we ended up in a carbtacular restaurant (known for pizza and biscuits - as in American biscuits).

Ended up “building my own biscuit” where I ordered a biscuit… without the biscuit. Added a fried egg, pork shoulder ham, bacon and collards. Very good and did the trick. Fasting now through the weekend.
