I actually made these about 9 days ago, and they were a big hit. The wife keeps talking about how much more she likes them over regular shells now!
I actually made 3 different types. The Cheddar is good, but releases a lot of oil. The middle one, made with a Taco Cheese Mix, both white and yellow was my favorite, and lastly the Flaxseed Tortilla’s, which I also found good, and very versatile. I can see using them for a lot of things, and I like that they can be made days before needed, where the cheese shells are pretty much made when needed. The Flaxseed at least saves times. … But I would make the Taco Cheese ones as needed.
My wife says this is her favorite plate so far, and says it’s even the prettiest.
