I agree
I looked up the label just now out of curiosity
No need to post , but, like you said, that’s why I put them back

Does this mean it’s broke or just doesn’t cook them right? I want to try these but don’t have an air fryer.
Oh oh? Didn’t see an ingredients label. Are they a no go, they look so good?
edit- damn, just looked them up. Me neither!

From the ingredient list, I think these could be easily homemade with a little trial and error. Chopped broccoli (or cauliflower rice), egg, parmesan, spices, maybe some zanthum gum to thicken and hold it all together.
I think some of the extra ingredients might help them stay together. I’d pan fry a Keto version in butter in the shape of McDonald’s hash browns I think. Or the air fryer (which I don’t have).
As I avoid veggies like the plague and have cut out dairy, someone else will need to try and post pics if successful.
NO dairy here either, except butter
Perhaps w some pork rind coating…maybe mix in some nutritional yeast for the cheesy flavor
Trial and error
All I have for this august thread is 5 pounds of high fat ground beef for your edification and mastication. Fot the newbies among us, you can get high-fat ground beef, and, yes, thank you market demand, it is cheaper than the 80/20 most commonly bought.
I’ll freeze these patties and then put them into Tupperware for the days where I lack the time for a better lunch meal prep. On those days, I’ll cook two patties, and crunch-down pork rinds to help absorb the plentiful and delicious tallow these babies render. This is more like two-week’s worth of “backup.”
Thinking of that smoking and barbecueing, and then thinking of an old boy named Art Tatum, who played the piano in the 1930s and 1940s. When he played, it was said that, “God was in the house.”
Thick cut Caribbean pork spareribs Marinated/slowcooked in lime juice and lime peel, 4 types chilies, smoked paprica, garlic, star anise, dark rum and some other stuff I cant remember) finished on the bbq served with fresh from the garden chard fried in leftover fat from the spareribs, coleslaw and avocado.
Omg! You just inspired keto crab cakes for me!! I’m SO grateful! One of those-why didn’t I think of that! Can’t wait!
Carnitas Verde(Trader Joe’s ready made carnitas and green salsa) eggs fried in ghee, leftover ghee poured on top, of course, black soy beans, half avocado, grated cheese, sour cream, cayenne and salt. Unfortunately, as I posted elsewhere today, I wasn’t hungry after preparation so I barely got thru half a small serving. Waaaaa😩
