Shirataki noodles are growing on me. Specially when you make a fatty Alfredo sauce, mix with shrimp and spinach.

Hmmm… we don’t have any orange vest wearing employees. Our supervisors wear red vests, but any employee can look up on the computer to see what’s in stock and when we might be getting something.

But not from Costco.com. The website and the warehouses aren’t interconnected. If someone wants info on anything online, we have to give them the 1-800 number.

Just whipped up some bone broth soup for lunch. 2 bone broth cubes brought to temp with some water then poached in 2 eggs, added last nights chicken thigh parm and some coconut oil, was very good

I own 3 versions of the Anova stick. 1st, 2nd and 3rd generation. I was waiting for the Nano but I’ll stick with Joule.
Nothing wrong with the device. It’s the clamp that I’m sick of. They’re sending me replacements… second set of replacements.

Fathead pizza is highly recommended - and really easy. I do it weekly as a Friday treat - my husband gets Dominos, and I have fathead - he often looks jealously at mine.
I also love doing it with garlic and herb cream cheese and pesto as a sauce rather than tomato sauce. Yum!
Arghh, still fasting, but fortunately I will break it in time for pizza Friday!

I love making fathead pizza for non-keto friends when they come over. Their first reaction when they see it is always ā€œis that going to be enough for everyone?ā€ Then they’re full and there’s still pizza left.
