WHOOPS! I got the caprese mixed up with the KetoFC! LOL! But thanks for that coleslaw dressing, sounds awesome! Now, if I can find out from @MmmBacon what the dark squiggles in the caprese are, things will be back on an even keel. :crazy_face:

I understand completely, my grandmas sister (my aunt) died last Sunday. She was so weak and have cancer spreading throughout her body. Their taking it very hard, but Iā€™m more happy sheā€™s not in pain anymore, sad but glad sheā€™s in peace.

Itā€™s Balsamic Vinegar and Extra Virgin Olive Oil. There is some carbohydrate in the Balsamic, but Iā€™ve found that as long as I donā€™t go nuts and it fits within my macros I can tolerate it.

Which Anova did you have ā€¦ the original or the second revision. Iā€™ve owned the Anova second edition for going on three weeks now, have used it three times and so far havenā€™t found much not to like about the device itself. I like the Joule app better and actually downloaded it for some of the recipes it has. The IOS version of the Anova app isnā€™t rated very high. I havenā€™t explored the nooks and crannys of the app itself. Ive found the basics ok.

When ever Iā€™m at Costco and ask a ā€œWhere is itā€ or ā€œDo you have in stockā€ type of question, the folks working there always tell me to look for an orange vest wearing employee as they have access to all the data of inventory, when items on order will arrive and in what quantity, as well as if it is available online to order and have delivered to your home/work place.
