I didn’t take pics but I cooked a damn good dinner of trader joe’s bacon ends and pieces using a George Foreman grill in my hotel room while I’m at a work conference. Pro-tip–do it in the bathroom and watch that you don’t overcook it to avoid setting off the smoke detector.

Steak fajita (made my own seasoning as shop bought ones seemed quite carby with lots of sugar), looks fugly but pretty tasty. Between the beef dripping used to fry the beef, the guac, sour cream & cheese was fatty enough I managed about half of it.

Not today but will be again tomorrow! 90 second keto bread an egg and a piece of bacon and of COURSE! Bulletproof coffee. Sometimes I have two poached pheasant eggs over the keto bread slices instead of the one large chicken egg. It works out to about the same macros. The keto bread is a treat since the calories ar a bit high:

Black and Blue Burger (Black Angus and blue cheese) with bacon and avocado (cooked in lard).

Touch of keto ketchup and mustard. All on some sort of green bun. Delicious. Satisfying.
