I didn’t take pics but I cooked a damn good dinner of trader joe’s bacon ends and pieces using a George Foreman grill in my hotel room while I’m at a work conference. Pro-tip–do it in the bathroom and watch that you don’t overcook it to avoid setting off the smoke detector.
Eggs Sausage and Avacado. Really didn’t need to eat a whole Avacado but I hate storing them cut lol.
Made my own ketchup. No sugar of course. But I made it with Heirloom tomatoes so it tasted amazing. Made for a fun video too!
Steak fajita (made my own seasoning as shop bought ones seemed quite carby with lots of sugar), looks fugly but pretty tasty. Between the beef dripping used to fry the beef, the guac, sour cream & cheese was fatty enough I managed about half of it.
roasting whole pig as we speak will post picks, tomorrow. It is in a box and have my cook/driver watching it why can’t post now.

Sometimes I have two poached pheasant eggs over the keto bread slices instead of the one large chicken egg. It works out to about the same macros. Touch of keto ketchup and mustard. All on some sort of green bun. Delicious. Satisfying.
