A plate full of smoked bologna and 3 hot links. I made a sauce out of stone ground mustard, buffalo sauce and ghost pepper extract. It was hot as fuck…and I loved every bite

Rusty I must say I also love jalapeños and hot sauces. But they do not love me coming out lol. Maybe it’s just me lol. I can’t eat them daily, wish I could.

Double smoked sous vide chuck roast.
Salt, pepper, garlic. Hour or so of smoke. Two days of soak at 133, and smoked today with more pepper and garlic.

That looks tasty!

I accidentally overcooked my steak. Split one with DH and he likes his cooked more than mine. Darn! I wanted to rub it with espresso but he only likes filet that way. Well we don’t get paid until Next week, DH!
4.17 oz cooked, Steak
7 asparagus
1 tsp mayo

1/4 cup-ish fresh button Mushrooms with 1 tbs butter

I actually should have made more asparagus, I inhaled them. Need more fat today so my last avo choco pudding is waiting. Trying to get photo to upload.
