What did you Keto today?

(Ron) #6576

Looks delish! It is a good thing for you that jalapeños are good with keto.

p.s. - I really like most every dish you make, jealous I can’t cook like that.

Attempt #1 at Chocolate Chip Fathead Bagels for brunch this morning. Not Panera, but pretty darned good, and :100:% keto, thanks to Lilly’s SF chocolate chips!

Garlic Parmesan Shrimp is amazingly easy and my Hubby said he could eat it every day!

(Karen) #6581

Yummy looking shrimp. What’s in the bowl?

Oh my. That recipes looks delish. Definitely going to try.

Cheesy Cauliflower, it was delish. I used this recipe substituting more cauliflower for the broccoli and leaving out the nutmeg because I didn’t want them fighting the shrimp flavors. I also thought I had mascarpone, but didn’t and used cream cheese. I’ve made it with the broccoli and mascarpone, it’s delightful that way too.

(Susan) #6585

Yowzaa! Another great recipe.

Just finished making pulled pork and thought wonder if I fried up some it would be like a crispy hash of breakfast. It was excellent. Eggs weren’t so pretty failed over easy but tasty :yum:

Looks awesome to me! :sunglasses:

my Richard Morris inspired dish, butter poached cauliflower and cheese omelette. lacks color but sure is good with some hot sauce.

(Rebecca ) #6589

I used the two teaspoons. It was a lot to me too cause it usually overwhelms. I was nervous. But it did the work of making a Smokey flavor without the bbq sauce normally involved

(Steve) #6590

Thanks for confirming that!!! I really hate it when people put ranges in recipes (yes, I’m a little obsessive…guilty) I like precision, so you can recreate it every time (if I tweak something, I make notes in the recipe, so I can make it better next time)

Thanks again!!

I’m glad I’m not the only one taking “troubled food” shots. I over-cooked EVERYTHING - microwave bread hockey pucks. Bacon that MIGHT be salvageable as salad bits. :sob: Eggs that were supposed to be over-easy but turned into over-difficult because the bacon nectar got too hot. Broke ALL 3 YOLKS. :exploding_head: I’m going back for more bacon now. Then things will get better.

More meat porn to hang on my fridge!

(Candy Lind) #6593

IKR? I’ve got some of those little silicone squirt-top containers and have gotten where I carry my own. 1/2 oz of fake cream just won’t do it.

I’m starting a fast tomorrow morning. If you’ll be on a support thread in fasting, please send me a link and I’ll join in. TIA.

(Candy Lind) #6595

I wouldn’t hesitate to steal it, either! :+1:
