I cannot eat hot wings as libitum on LCHF. I do not have a functioning satiety switch for them.

The best way to do that is to model success. My wife is doing lazy keto now after my four month run of success and improvements. But you have to let them come to you.

Somewhere under all that cheese is an Indian taco.

(Ellie Baum) #6421

Here is the recipe I used. Except I added lemon zest/juice and made it a cake-y sweet lemon bread. I seriously recommend ignoring all other sweeteners and just getting Sukrin products. It changed my Keto treat game. They make powdered sugar that works out well for glazes.

I think the cinnamon ones are easier to do than the glazed ones. Since cinnamon gives it a flavor other than just sugar.

Went I made the actual donut recipe, I coated the donut pan in melted ghee. I would recommend this.

The rest doesn’t look bad, either!

A lot depends on the cutting surface, too. I prefer plastic cutting boards, but I alway put a towel under them so there’s a little ā€œgiveā€ when I’m cutting. Edges last longer. Also, I have some expensive blades, but I have a few that didn’t cost a lot that I would buy again, as well.

My OMAD is early today because I didn’t eat enough yesterday. Pot roast, roasted radishes, spinach, with a sauce made from meat drippings & cream; & leftover bacon wrapped jalapeƱo poppers (nuked, which is why I’m eating them with a fork). This should be good for 24 hours & change.

Having a bit of yummy dƩjƠ vu. More kitchen sink in my approach this time.

(Gabriel G.) #6426

Don’t give up

Do just what you did last time but pick a PNG or JPG (not a PDF).

As easy as that.

(Susan) #6427

I’m stubborn. This is a JPG.

Maybe?

Sous Vide pork Tenderloin.

#6431

Burger cooked in Kerrygold, with a fried egg, tomato, cheese, a few jalapenos, on a bun made from a modified version of Brenda Zorn’s pork rind waffles.

The book underneath is Eat Bacon, Don’t Jog :+1:

(Sophie) #6432

I’d take that with jus a touch of sugar free ketchup and extra salt on that mater, please an thank you!

#6433

It was pretty darned good. Someone at Aldi seems to like pork rinds as much as I do because there were 3 open boxes and all of the regular ones were gone. I made the bun with the spicy rinds and was very happy with it.
Sugar free ketchup? I don’t think I’ve ever seen any. My middle child is a ketchup lover so that might be something I need to find.

(Sophie) #6434

Try this. We really like it. And the BBQ Sauce is good too. I think I found it at Publix here.

I haven’t seen their ketchup, but I love their bbq sauce.
