What did you Keto today?

(Ellen) #6396

I keep coming back to look at that pic, any time you’re in UK you can cook for me

(Ernest) #6397

I love central market. Certain things I don’t buy there BUT they are way cheaper than Whole Foods. Actually Amazon has gotten whole Foods prices in a choke hold. Getting better.

(Ernest) #6398

I’ll cook for anyone, anywhere for no reason. Hahaha

A little KETO dirty rice! Faux rice that is!

(TJ Borden) #6400

Cauliflower or miracle rice? I just listened to one of the latest podcasts with @carl’s miracle rice, but food that…”exits” looking the same as it enters kinda weirds me out

My first picture post! Dinner tonight at Outback Steakhouse. Ribeye (extra marbling!) with garlic butter and grilled asparagus. I watched, very indifferently, while my husband ate the entire loaf of bread, plus I reached over and snatched a couple extra pieces of fat from his plate (he had the ribeye too.) It was a really big steak so I brought about 1/4 of mine home.

Side note: I do so wish I could get my guy to go Keto (or low carb) with me. Not only would it help him lose some weight, but I know it would help him health-wise in so many ways!! He’s too darn stubborn though. Unfortunately.

Argh!!! How do I get the picture to post, and not just a downloadable .pdf? Help…and sorry.:persevere:

Never mind…I think I give up. I could have SWORN I uploaded my pic. I’m failing miserably here.

Buy you some, by all means! I Absolutely Adore Mine!!! Especially because I can sharpen and hone them to my hearts content. There’s a lot to be said for German Engineering! :+1::smile:

Made 90 minute keto bread but fried it in avocado oil on the stove. Then topped it with 2 T guacamole, 1 T of cream cheese, and 2 oz of smoked salmon. Ohhhhh so good. I quite like to fry the bread batter in a pan in stead of sticking it in the microwave. It saves time and gets soo nice and crispy.

My Aida flat wear has some wear to it, but they are weighty little suckers! The tablespoons seem to have the biggest bang for the buck though lol! :+1:

I need to. As much time as I spend in the kitchen, I’m really getting fed up with my cheap knives.
