Three egg omlet and 2/3 pound sausage patty with grilled onions and mushrooms smothered in jalapeno cheddar cheese sauce.What did you Keto today?
Was inspired by the sausage and cabbage that was done for St. Paddy’s day elsewhere, so did a pouch up with Italian sausage and chopped cabbage. Then grilled the sausage after for a little maillard reaction.
The cabbage doesn’t need any additional butter due to all of that amazing Italian sausage jus.
That looks good I think I will try it I have all the ingredients except the tomatoes
Ohhhh…the day is coming when we will actually be catered to in restaurants! I got a little aggressive in a Chili’s this week. Super great server tho. I asked about the buffalo sauce having sugar in it. SO doesn’t need it but that never stopped anyone. She said, “I think everything here has sugar in it.” LOL! Well, she printed their entire menu’s nutritional info and she was right!! Everything had sugar except the plain meats! Glad I asked. Bacon burger, no bun, cheese, avocado, side of mayo and side of melted butter. Pretty good actually.
Dinner part 2, trying to get through the containers of leftovers. How do I know keto works? I can’t finish my plate of bacon and steak… who the fuck am I? Bacon and steak… there shouldn’t have been leftovers to begin with.
I had the breakfast trifecta for dinner; bacon, steak and eggs. On the side a homemade Mexican chilies sauce (not made by me) and an americano.
Yep. I’ve had a bit of a cold the last couple days and it definitely cleared my sinuses.
Well, my officers let me have a real fork. They are probably trying to get on my good side.
