Omg you guys. Lamb shoulder chops cast iron Rosemary… Went with olive oil but shoulda done butter I think. Anyway it was delicious.
Radishes roasted 425°F for like 45 min. And Mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower and zucchini stewed in creamy sauce of heavy cream cream cheese parmesan spices and Bone broth.
