Had a “sweet” tooth after dinner so I grabbed a spoon and filled it half with ghee, half with coconut butter and a few Lily’s chocolate chips. It was SO yummy, you guys!!!

Grass-fed burgers, cooked in bacon nectar with sauteed onions and garlic, pepper jack cheese, and bacon. Homemade mayo and half-sour kosher pickle on the side.

Keto is SO boring. And all that fat…I’m gonna die for sure! :joy:

Sauteed radishes that look like red potatoes but taste like turnips. I put them in beef stew, they were nice.
