So after my success at a bacon weaved wrapped ribeye last night I decided to celebrate. So I made a fatty chuck steak with bacon and a few fresh jalapeño spears sautéed in bacon juice. YES, you read that correctly…I’m celebrating a steak with yet another steak. This KETO life is tough…
First DC Metro area meatup! We went to Chima Brazilian “Steakhouse” (they have so much more than steak – all you can eat). Had a blast. What a fun group of people and great food! Restaurant chicken ceaser salad, no croutons, add avocado, extra bacon and egg and add a ramekin full of extra virgin olive oil. Not completely ideal, but best outcome for real world situations
Everybody does an almond flour crust pizza, right?
One time, not knowing what to do with the inevitable leftovers, I snipped up a slice and tossed them into some romaine lettuce, covered it with home made Caesar dressing and Pizza Salad was born. Now my wife and I look forward to the leftovers the next day.

Did a P-cook of chicken thighs, andouille sausages, onions, garlic, butter, thyme, chicken stock, lime juice and sun dried tomatoes.
Packed 1/4th of it. Ate 1/2 of that. Mixture of internal cue (wow, I’m not feeling that hungry) and external cue (meeting in boss’s office). Still relearning my appestat.
