Hey Mandy…Where’s the fat???
I haven’t seen any fat in the last few meals that you’ve posted. How are you able to fill your daily fat requirements with such lean meals?

My phone is being stupid and won’t let me post pictures right now.
The toddlers had bacon/spinach frittatas and a couple of sausage links for breakfast. I don’t eat breakfast.
For lunch it’s scrambled eggs topped with cheese, salsa, and sour cream.
Yeh Gary, my fats are pretty low… I only eat 2 meals a day and i what ever I eat I just try to stay under my carbs… Crazy but it’s working… I guess I get the fats from the milk in my coffee and also my protein shake have once a day…
Coconut flour and cheddar cheese here is the recipe I used https://youtu.be/y306AFKzbLA
Same here as I am on the go quite a lot. Hard in the US! Most has sugar listed in there, some would say below 2% of sugar, but I am just staying away completely at the moment. Taking about trusting issues…
Hard boiled eggs, raw nuts (or home roasted with salt), butters (the other good one is Starbucks’s little packs of kerrygold!) and maybe the occasional almond butter on the go packs are all I am doing now.
I fry it hot in batches until it renders and goes crispy, then add the other ingredients and simmer for about 15 minutes.
Lunch today: fried sausage and mushrooms with smokey paprika eggs, cheddar, avo and coriander with sriracha mayo.
Still stuck back in a three meals a day mode. Frustrating but I guess it gives me a chance to eat a tasty and Simple lunch! Should have added a bit of arugala and some lemon juice to add some pep but it was still delicious. It is drizzled with a bit of good olive oil and topped liberally with salt. Full disclosure: only half the can of sardines is pictured and I did polish off the rest of the can! Quite happily !
Nope no oils or butter. Chicken n veg is done in an air fryer just put herbs n spices on chicken… Although I did put Kewpie on it, which is a Japanese Mao low in carbs
If your leaf lard is not snow white, it’s probably suspect.
If your beef tallow is not yellow like butter, it’s probably suspect.
When I feel like drinking coffee, I add a tablespoon of beef tallow and a tablespoon of C8 oil. Now THAT’S bulletproof coffee…
But I digress. What I meant to say is, I just had some wings. Tossed in garlic butter and beef tallow.
Went out and had a bunless burger that I dedicate to Dr Atkins and Dean Ornish.
Beef burger with caramelized onions, bacon and brie.
