I have six or eight more servings of the pork belly. There will be pictures. Iām not normally in favor of dumping a bunch of herbs and spices in a wet brine, much less ahead of Sous Vide, but man, this pork has beguiling flavors. Anise, thyme, more. Wet cute with pink salt, so a bit like unsmoked bacon.
You can put whatever low carb nuts you desire. I didnāt have any raw almonds, but I had pecans, so I went with the ācousins.ā

Also, why do I always come here when I fast??? By the time I end a fast, I donāt have the patience to make anything I see here. Itās almost always eggs and bacon or a cobb salad with ribeye.

Iāve just seen hot liquids can cause skin flare ups on your face, so although I canāt take a cold shower (yet), I can drink cold coffee. Iāve also cut out hot sauce even though I just bought 4 different types. Iāll be cutting dairy soon to see if I can get even better results. After cutting dairy my allowed foods will be beef (only the meat), pork (any part), chicken (all parts, especially eggs).
Broil, no!! Iām on keto, I drop them in 400 degrees refined coconut oil for about 3 minutes.
Sous vide at 155 degrees for a minimum of 2 hours then deep fry.
Had some oxtail meat left over from making bone broth, so made some stuffed peppers. A few bits on the side.
