Great keto dinner tonight, tuna steak with spicy mayo dip, green beans sauteed in garlic and butter, greens with pepper and cucumber!. It doesn’t seem to be hard this holiday season. I’m drinking a bit more coffee than I should, but otherwise plan to have a totally keto
!Had 2 cups of BPC this morning. Ran 5.5 miles in the afternoon. Now this is lunch. Leftover steak cooking slowly with eggs in butter.
I got some grass fed beef cheeks at the farmer’s market. I didn’t know how to cook them. They ended up really chewy. So I ground the rest in my meat grinder. I made cheek balls which I have been feeding to my dog. my dog loves me!
My dogs have LOVED me going keto. They’ve gotten to have all kinds of treats from my cooking.
Dang it!! I absolutely love my Brussels, sauteed in bacon grease and topped with fresh Parm and a squirt of lemon but I’ve been told that Brussels are a NO NO on Keto. Is this true? I keep hearing mixed stories.
At <5 grams net carbs per cup why would this not be ok? I think Brussels sprouts rock sauteed they’re awesome.
