What did you Keto today?

LOVE sautee’d cabbage! I like to throw a little bit of fennel in mine when I cook it.
I’m going to suffer through eggs and bacon tonight. Only because I don’t feel like cooking the lamb I was going to torment myself with… it’ll have to wait until tomorrow or Thursday I guess.

Bacon & eggs is good eatin! I think I may do that tomorrow night, just because I love breakfast for dinner.

What is wrong with me?!

I know what you’re asking. Where are the eggs?

That right there is genius

That look so good I think I need to make it here next winter. I’ve been meaning to make some more tofu and that’s just the excuse I need to get my tofu maker out of storage.

Your bacon looks perfect!!!

#3600

Thanks! I used to only like crispy bacon, but have come to enjoy it in all its various forms. I baked a sheet of it at 300 degrees F for around 25 minutes, without preheating, a method I learned from @carl on an old episode of the podcast. At the low temp it doesn’t splatter much.

Also my container of bacon grease runneth over . Need to make less bacon and spend more time using the grease to cook veggies, eggs and other things! That “bacon experiment” where you eat only bacon for 30 days sure sounds intriguing though.

#3602

So neat and tidy.

#3603

That tuna melt is brilliant. I have to try that!

(Keto Steve) #3604

I got a little fancy :yum:

Hey @Ernest, do you press your own sausage patties? If not, where do you buy yours?

Balsamic pot roast sounds amazing!

No, these are cheap stuff from Walmart. Very very very good though. Not that I’d make them my main protein /fat source. But sometimes one just needs junk
